Please update your graphics driver to version 20.11.1. Do not use later versions for now, as they are known to cause issues (see #82856). With current graphics drivers Blender should start properly. There was a very similar crash happening with legacy GPUs for which this fix was added in

Same here with Win7x64 / Nvidia 1070. It happens if some addons enabled. If you try to start blender with clean/deleted 2.92 folder in C:****\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\ it starts.
