There have been various reports of rendering issues with AMD GPUs in Blender after driver update 20.11.2 and 20.11.3. Are you able to try downgrading your GPU drivers to see if it helps?

For reference, we keep track of these issues with the drivers in #82856.

I have the same issue and I have also tried updating and downgrading my GPU. I have also tried various versions of blender and now I cant get anything but 2.79 to work. I have opened several different blend files with the same results. As well as reinstalled, deleted user settings and opened up default template to have the same issues as before.

I will also post my specs.
Ryzen 7 2700x
Radeon 580 8gb

EDIT: I tried what Felipe did and it worked however I had to go october on mine.

it finnaly works!!.
i tried downgrading the drivers to the 2 previus versions, one of them from december and other from november but nothing happen what is very weird because the issue has been only going on for 3 days. But anyway i tried the oldest version of the driver that i found, one of september (adrenaline 20.9.1) and it works great!!! even with blender 2.91

I even made an animation to test it

thanks everyone, I will wait for a new driver that works but for now this is enough
