The mesh turn grey whenever I tried to shade. Please help. I dont know that's my computer or the software. Please help.

There have been various reports of rendering issues with AMD GPUs in Blender after recent driver updates (20.11.1 and beyond). Are you able to try downgrading your GPU drivers to see if it helps?

For reference, we keep track of these issues with the drivers in #82856.

You can also try enable Render Properties -> Performance -> High Quality Normals as a temporary workaround, however this does not work for all types of objects in Blender.

The solution I found (Im using a radeon rx570) was to install the Radeon™ Pro Software for Enterprise version of the driver.
