Short description of error
freestyle is not aligned with the cycles rendering, but only when I use render animation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
i set my architectural scene applying freestyle only to a collection. when I start an animation (eg frames 1-22) the freestyle drawing is not aligned with the cycles rendering. To be precise, freestyle does not consider the y shift of the camera.
if I calculate each frame separately (only f12) the error does not appear

  • first half is animated camera shift [lags one frame behind], second half is animated camera rotation as comparison [is fine]

Can confirm Camera shift lags one frame behind.
Eevee does not suffer from this problem.
