EEVEE Crash with Motion Blur Only on first frame

Short description of error
Apart from hair with many rigid bodies ..nothing too fancy.
Crash occurs on frame 5 which is the starting frame
frame 6 onwards all renders are successful

Cant reproduce this as its unique case & cant share the blend file publicly

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, we need instructions to reproduce the issue otherwise we cannot investigate the problem. This might be the same issue as T82808, but based on the provided information that isn't certain.

Please try to find steps to reproduce the problem and see if you're able to provide a project file that demonstrates it. You may be able to remove most objects from your project file or replace meshes with placeholders so that you are able to share the project file.

Please provide the requested information or we have to close the ticket for lack of information to reproduce the problem.

managed to isolate the culprit . here's the blend file ..the object which causes the crash is called 'CRASH CULPRIT' ..disabling outliner render property on that object prevents crash

This scene have an issue with the VBO garbage collection. Same backtrace as T82808
