@JasonWilson I'm unable to reproduce. Perhaps it's something configuration specific.

Can you try running the blender_factory_startup.cmd script in the blender folder? This should start blender with factory defaults, and see if the issue goes away.

If so, can you attach your user preferences (likely located in the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\{version} folder) file so we can investigate further?

userpref.blend
Here is my normal setup. I noticed the crash first when adding these settings (setting pan to Button4 mouse and view3d.view_roll to Button4 mouse). After resetting to factory setting, deleting my roaming data (or rather moving the 2.92 folder from my roaming data, changing the name an zipping it) the error still occurs.
I just ran an untouched version, and confirmed that my preferences were not saved after doing this and got the crash again.
I haven't tried todays build yet.

I'm not really sure how to run the blender_factory_startup.cmd script in the blender folder, however.... I'm afraid I am not well versed in these things :/
Hope all is well.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).

It seems you have an old tablet driver installed that causes problems. Please try to update it to the most recent version.
