Do you happen to actively use modal operators (or add-ons like BlenderKit that do)? In that case the autosave is delayed until after the modal operator has finished its execution.

Hello Robert, it is possible that I tried some addon of this type, I don't remember, but the autosaves configured folder is empty and actually I don't use this type of addon. The program don't write anything after the modal operator execution

Blender itself uses modal operators itself, all tools from the toolbar are modal operators. Blender should resume with the auto-save once the modal operator was executed.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_log.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to use Blender as before. Once enough time has passed that Blender should've auto-saved, close it. The Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop.

Please also check that auto-save is enabled and that the interval matches the expected time frame in Edit > Preferences > Save & Load.

@Paco Barruguer (pacobg) Please provide the requested information.

I'm sorry Robert,
I deleted all blender installation folders and reinstalled all, addons included. It work now.
