Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
There's a white layery glitch over the objects in Viewport Shading.

I had to repeat the report due to no response showing up, I've followed the guidelines. Your help would be appreciated.

Event Timeline

Could you provide a video of the graphical glitches? Maybe this is a duplicate of T83936?

Sorry that it's not a screen recording.

I've seen that one and it seems fairly close to this one. It's suggested to be a thing with AMD drivers. I don't understand why is that since other programs including Blender worked just perfectly fine before. I might need to install 2.91 any time soon for my future work so this is quite a problem for me.

I can reproduce this. That does not look like a graphic driver issue to me. I think this is related to how the grease pencil engine currently works. There is also a lot of z-fighting going on. @Clément Foucault (fclem) Can you comment on this?
