Sculpt: Switching few options with hi-poly mesh causes lag #84926

Short description of error
In 2.93 switching mirror mode causes lag on hi-poly. In 2.83 there is no such lag with mirror mode but it is there for remesh options for example.
Is it a bug or limitation?

atm with hipoly multiresolution there is a lot of lags when i change somethink, even not related, like color ramp for blend/texture for one of brushes. Also undoing 1st stroke causes long pause/hanging

Symmetry options are now mesh properties and Blender rebuilds the sculpt BVH each time a mesh property changes. I would not consider this a bug, but something that can be improved in the future. Unnecessary rebuilds of the BVH can also happen in some other situations like undo or file saving.

@PabloDobarro but it happens even when I change brush texture. It is not mesh related at all!
Also, why symmetry is mesh property but not the object property?
