We would need a minimal example file that fails to import so we can investigate the issue. Additionally we need the error message you are getting.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_log.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to import the file again. Once it fails, close Blender. The Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop.

I've updated blender up to 2.91.2.

Importing process doesnt give an error, it just doesnt import anything

There're log files.

I've just tried this myself and I'm not getting any output either.

It appears that the operator finishes the execution without issues but is not extracting any objects from the file. I'm not familiar enough with DXF format to currently say whether Blender's DXF parser is skipping valid information (or if certain data isn't supported) or if the file is improperly formatted.

@Philipp Oeser (lichtwerk) You have worked on fixes for the add-on in the past, do you see something obvious?
