Grease pencil brush sizes incorrect #85152

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2060/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 457.30

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.92.0 Beta, branch: master, commit date: 2021-01-27 23:50, hash: 198980693b
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Grease pencil brush sizes are not accurate, not even close. A 500px radius(!) size brush (which should be 1000 pixels wide since we're talking about a "radius") has actually about a 50px radius.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open a new 2D animation file, increase brush size to the max of 500px, draw a line. Does that look like 1000pixels wide to you? Or ist it me? Maybe I need to work all the way zoomed into the canvas to see the accurate size? How big is the factory canvas?

so, I think unit is not actually pixels, its milimiters in the scene.

As you can see in the picture above, the first like has 100px radius, and the cube over it has 0.1 meters or 100 milimiters and the one below it has 200px and 0.2 milimiters.

it isn't really pixels, because you can change the camera resolution without changing the scene scale.

In the other hand we have the grease pencil sculpt mode. the brushes here actually have the radius based on your screen I guess. if you change the zoom, the brushes change with it.

so yeah, it really just may be confuse naming

This is a known issue. Also related to #83675.

ok, then we also need to differentiate between radius and width. since the cube ist 100mm wide/high then the brush radius should only be 50mm (relabel px to mm and fix ratio) instead of 100.
and in sculpt mode it should probably be labeled percentile.

I checked in other software to see how they name it and how they work. Most of the times the brush "radius" is refered as just size(diameter). So the problem here is just naming I guess, it should be size(or diameter) and mm instead of px Unless its set to screenspace.
