Blender Version
Broken: All versions I used
Worked: Not

Short description of error
Sometimes when I scale, move objects the value would increase/decrease a bit too much than what it should. It happens on the transition of mouse cursor from one end of screen to other. It also happens when sliding values of Modifiers like Solidify, adjusting color Value, Saturation etc. Slider issue does not seem to occur for Modifiers in 2.83, occurs in color tab.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
It's in description, happens in default scene

Could you please specify the Blender versions that were used?

As I have seen, it occurs on all Blender versions I have used, happened in 2.79b too. In 2.83 It does not seem to occur when changing values of sliders of a modifier, in 2.91 snapping occurs there too. Also occurs in color wheel, can happen due to pc specifications too(I use acer nitro 5 ryzen an515-42 laptop with amd gpu). I can sell it and buy some stable pc in future if need arises(seeing the bugs, faster speed with pc etc.)
