Editor viewport does not update after geometry action

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.91.2, 5be9ef417703, master, 2021-01-19, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (blender: 2.91)

Short description of error
During modifying the geometry of a object or doing any kind of transformation, the view port will not update until the view port camera(window) is moved.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open blender with the following file I've attached to this bug report
  2. Add new geometry or try to modify or transform the one provided.
  3. Result should be achieved.

I've opened a new projects and tried again, but it does not happen. So i guess it's a setting or other functionality I've added (modifiers, materials, default material).
I have not tested if it happens on other systems or object.

This might have already been fixed in the newest beta. Try downloading it from and see if the problem persists. I cannot reproduce this on the newer versions.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
