When the angle of a Simple Deform modifier is very low (eg 0.005°), small deformations appear on the mesh.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
On a mesh like a cube subdivided a few times, add a SimpleDeform modifier, set it to bend, and the angle to 0.005°.

I can confirm this issue on the latest 2.92.0 Beta, branch: master (modified), commit date: 2021-02-09 07:11, hash: rB10f44a413573. My guess this has to do with floating-point precision.
