When I set Clip Start to 0, the graphic glitch appears.

Event Timeline

Small clip start values can give these artifacts in the viewport. It's a known issue. When you change the clip start to something very small, you want to adjust the clip end as well and work at that scale. In this screenshot, you can see the clip start is extremely small, but I am zoomed in, working at a small (zoomed in) scale so there are no graphical issues.
