Artifacts on all objects

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
While working in blender, artifacts appeared for reasons I did not understand. Artifacts only in one "Layout" mode, but with time artifacts appear in other modes. This problem interferes with work, it remains only to export the models to a new project. There was an assumption that it was me who broke the object, but I checked it by removing a specific object after which everything appeared.
The problem itself appeared after I started creating an object under the table for the keyboard

Event Timeline

You need to increase the Clip Start value. Typically you do not want to put it too low, or these artifacts will appear. See https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/1385/shadows-along-edges-of-mesh-in-3d-view/1387#1387. Closing as this is not a bug.
