System Information
Operating system: w10
Graphics card: nv3070

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c0, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen) 2.92.0
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected) 2.91

Short description of error
Blender quit during rendering an animation
"Error: Cannot read file 'C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.92\1': No such file or directory"
And Blender Quits even though the video has been rendered and saved out correctly.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Have a VSE scene.
add image sequences,
append scenes from folders named with empty spaces between words like "1 establishing scene" and add to the sequence,
add glow effects and other effect layers,
define file output location on C:\blender render,
define file format .mpv video,
render from command line as animation with start frame and end frame defined.

Error: Cannot read file 'C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.92\1': No such file or directory

Blender quit

BUT
It saved out the animation successfully!

Have an awesome day!

Can't redo on macOS 10.14, b67423f806
Please add a simple file, and check that the file/folder location you choose are readable and writable.
Also add the full command you run as well its full output.
See https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/crash.html also

You know what, I have no idea how it works in Mac OS but I can assure you I have all the read and write access in the folder. After thinking about it "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.92\1" is a folder that does not exist and is not part of any files used in my video sequence. It did not make any sense at all. Also there was no crash. I think Blender quit after saving the file, again, successfully. Should I experience it again I will report it.

You can even see my finished project here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auWlCEu9n3k

Bye
