Thank you for the report. You say this happens in Cycles. Does it occur in EEVEE as well? Does it get lighter each time you render? Does this happen in 2.92? Please let us know.
Hi, Evan,
To your questions:
Does it occur in EEVEE as well?
No, Eevee works fine.
Does it get lighter each time you render?
Yes.
Does this happen in 2.92?
No.
Here are some comparison photos:
Haven't solved the problem yet?

You said that it gets lighter every time you render, does that happen only in viewport rendering or background rendering as well?
Can the problem be replicated on the default cube? Is it associated with a certain feature, like denoising?
Just a poke regarding my inquiry above, otherwise, we will have to archive this for now.
