Short description of error
While trying to rig a skeleton the IK bone constrain is not working as expected, leg is rotating but not moving

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create a simple character (stickman), add single bone create skeleton, rename skeleton add pole and target, add IK bone constrain, ???. previously i was successful in rigging a skeleton, not now for some reason.

Event Timeline

I think you wanted to set the IK target to the foot (foot.l), but it's set to the bone that points backward (IKtarget.L). Moving that bone (IKtarget.L) correctly moves the IK chain. Closing as this is not a bug.
