(i also tried the 2.93.0 latest alpha at the time of writing and the error was there too)
Short description of error
When I use my tablet pen (Wacom intuos pro large - model PTH-851) and I attempt to draw a new line with a hard pen pressure, the cursor onscreen instead locks in place, doesn't move, and no line is drawn so long as I am still pressing down. Going to a lighter pen pressure after this situation, or starting a new line with a soft pen pressure will allow the line to draw as normal. This happens with pen pressure settings for radius / strength turned off. I do not encounter this issue in other programs like Krita, Autodesk Sketchbook, or Adobe Animate. I can still achieve a line with hard pen pressure if I start with a soft pen pressure and then press harder.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
You may need the Wacom tablet model I described, I'm not sure. Start up a new 2D animation blend file (or look at the blend file provided if you want to see what it looks like when the error occurs), and try to draw a line while immediately pressing as hard as possible with the pen. For comparison, also try a line that starts with a soft pen pressure.
Have a good day!
