System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GT 630M/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 391.35

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.93.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2021-02-13 23:23, hash: f362dad19b
Worked: This has always been a problem

Short description of error
Blender has to option to create an automatic weight map CTRL+P when an armature is set into a figure mesh.
This does not always work, and all you get back from Blender error = "Warning: Bone Heat Weighting: failed to find solution for one or more bones"
The problem is that with this error there is no indication of where things went wrong.
If the error was : "Bone Heat weighting failed, due to bones : Spine.001 - finger.thumb.001 - tongue.002
Then we designers artist would know where to fix our models.
Resizing a bone or investigate if there are mesh problems surrounding some area.
Also if it cannot handle meshes with multiple parts (ea mount parts not directly connected to the main mesh), then give an error mesh not contignous or so.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

No need to reproduce the error its widely known amongst users of Blender, I'm not asking to fix it if its a highly complex topic, just asking for a better error return so we be able to find where the problem areas are in our meshes or bones.

To speed up looking into this, could you share a simple example .blend file where Bone Heat Weighting fails?
Thx in advance.
