Limit scale bone constraint: "affect transform" doesn't seem to work #87219

Short description of error
Contrary to the manual, the "affect transform" option does not limit the transform values (not visible).
Also when using limit scale as a bone constraint the minimum scale is not used, instead uses maximum as both being the min and max exactly the same number but in negative value.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Open attached file
  • Scale the bone beyond the limits
    Note that the scale values in the transform panel have not been clamped.

I put a value for Minimum and I can say that it has an effect. However, positive limits are also considered to be negative limits.
This must be related to the "(!) Important" note in the manual:

But, as mentioned, the affect transform option doesn't really seem to be working, so I am confirming the bug.
