Short description of error
Not an error perse but I didn't experience this in 2.92. I have 3 monitors. Blender opens on the primary but dialog messages such as the open dialog or the preferences open on the 3rd monitor.
I've gone through locating Blender on my primary screen and saving a default file. Which made things worse. Blender then started opening on the 3rd screen. Not the one I saved the default on. I had to disable my 3rd screen completely and resave a default file. With the screen still disabled, Blender and open/settings dialog windows opened on the main screen as expected.
Once I enable the 3rd screen again, Blender would open on the primary screen but dialog windows again load on the 3rd screen. I don't always have that 3rd screen on which is a pain if I try to open a project or import a model.
Oddly enough I do always have the 2nd screen on and nothing pops up there ever.
If there is any log file or system info that can provide answers let me know. I'll be more than happy to get what's needed.

I have no clue how to go about recreating this as it's not a process or workflow. It's an inherent behaviour.
