System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 960/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 456.71

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.93.0, branch: master, commit date: 2021-06-02 11:21, hash: 84da05a8b8
Worked: Never

Short description of error
When I turn on the Windows 10 magnifier app and try to drag an input field around, it'll jump by large amounts randomly. The issue might be with the magnifier app itself.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender, turn on the windows 10 magnifier app, try to move the default cube by dragging on an input field.

I'm not able to reproduce this with current master. I enable Magnifier and have it set to 2X and all the inputs behave as expected while dragging.

Do you see the same behavior with 3.0 alpha build? Are you able to narrow down when these jumps occur in a way that is reproducible? Like is it always when you drag what would be out of the window bounds or past the monitor bounds?

Here's it happening with 3.0. I have the magnifier set to 100%. I tried it with 200% and it was still doing it (not shown). It seems like it happens when I drag past my monitor bounds but it's hard to tell. I'm like 90% sure because it happens after only a little bit of right movement but takes a lot of left movement
