I'm personally unable to reproduce the issue you're describing in the latest version of Blender.
Please try a newer version of Blender and see if that resolves your issue. You can download Blender 2.93 from here: https://www.blender.org/download/
Or you can download Blender 3.0 Alpha from here: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
If you continue to experience this issue in Blender after upgrading, are you able to provide more information about the issue? Screenshots and the such?
A.N.T Lanscape tool is greyed out even though the addon is enabled (rendering it unusable) SHIFT-A > "add lanscape mesh" is greyed outto A.N.T Lanscape tool is greyed out even though the addon is enabled (rendering it unusable) SHIFT-A > "add landscape mesh" is greyed outThe greyed out issue has magically been resolved and is now working as expected with SHIFT-A. However in tutorials and in the documentation there is a unique A.N.T menu to adjust the landscapes. This window is not showing up on my version 2.91 only the landscape mesh itself. Is there another way to reproduce the A.N.T. window?
Are you referring to this menu as shown in the Blender manual? Source: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/addons/add_mesh/ant_landscape.html
You can find the menu in the last operator panel straight after adding your landscape (it's the little panel in the bottom left of the 3D viewport) or you can find the adjustable settings in on the right of the 3D viewport in the
Sidebar
in theCreate
tab (You can access theSidebar
by pressingN
). The settings will be available in theSidebar
only when you have your landscape selected. Here's a image demonstrating the location of those two panels.Added subscriber: @rjg
