Confirmed, NormalPublic

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 471.11

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.93.1, branch: master, commit date: 2021-06-22 05:57, hash: rB1b8d33b18c2f

Writing and executing either of the following lines of code in the python Console make Blender close:

bpy.ops.uv.select_edge_ring(extend=False, location=(0.0, 0.0))
bpy.ops.uv.select_loop(extend=False, location=(0.0, 0.0))

This happens whether or not a 3D Viewport + UV Editor is present in the Blender window next to the Console, with a plain plane selected and while in Edit Mode.

Steps to Reproduce
-Open default scene

  • Switch to scripting tab
  • In 3d viewport port switch to edit mode
  • type any of the command in python console and execute
  • Crash
