Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Toggling to fullscreen mode doesn't cover the taskbar.
This was in early 2.93 version and now appeared again in 3.0 Alpha.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Window menu->Toggle Window Fullscreen.

Not seeing this. Are you starting from a particular size, position, with a particular arrangement, etc? I just start with current master, with default settings, select Window / "Toggle Window Fullscreen" it covers the taskbar for me. Tested on all my monitors, different sizes, etc

No. I did reset to factory settings and tried multiple times, same issue.
I tried with the previous versions just to make sure it's not my OS and they all work fine.

So what could possibly be wrong? Sure it's not my OS or graphics card.

Can not reproduce on latest master on windows 10.

@Znio.G But I see that the gpu driver is outdated. Please update it and report back.

I did upgrade to 471.68 a month or so and still nothing.

Please try the latest daily build: https://builder.blender.org/download/

Go to File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings and then load your file to see if you still can reproduce this issue.

No, it's only Blender and only 3.0 & 2.93. Previous versions from 2.8 up to 2.92 worked fine.
