Short description of error
The "Shader to RGB" node is omitting the high light values ​​in the Specular when "Screen Space Reflaction" is activated in Eevee,
it happens in version 2.93.0 but not in 2.83 series

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1- Create any primitive and add a new material
2- In this material Add a "Shader to RGB" node after the shader and connect it to the Surface of the Material Output
3- Add any Light
4- In Render Properties activate "Screen Space Reflaction"
