Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Turn off and back on sRGB in Display Device option gives different results (different images)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Use EEVEE as a render
Use Rendered as Viewport Shading

original result: start_srgb.PNG

Go to Color Management -> Display Device and change it to None

None result: none.PNG

Change Display Device back to sRGB

new result: srgb.PNG

What happens is that if you set None, the View Transform changes from Filmic to Standard, since the former is not supported without a display device. And when changing back to sRGB, this is not restored.

I would not consider it a bug. We could store view transforms per display or have some other mechanism to preserver the view transform, but that kind of improvement is outside the scope of the bug tracker.
