System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 4600
Blender Version
Broken: 2.93.4
Short description of error
I get an error that says "Unsupported graphics card or driver" it says I need a minimum OpenGL of 3.3 or I need to update my graphics driver. My OpenGL is 4.3 and I've reinstalled the latest driver for my graphics card about 6 times just today but the error is still showing up and blender will not open whatsoever.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Every time I try to open up blender. I'm not sure what is causing this big as I've never had an issue opening this version (or any previous versions) of blender before.

Can you attach system-info.txt here? (In Blender: Help -> Save System Info) Maybe that gives more clues to us.

I cant open blender whatsoever to do that sadly. It shuts down as soon as I press ok on the error message.
I've attempted to open Blender version 2.79 but the error "Can't detect 3D hardware accelerated Driver!) pops up, I can't seem to find any version of blender that will open for me.

With that iGPU you probably have better luck using a Linux distro.
You can try starting blender_debug_gpu.cmd (it's next to Blender.exe in the installation folder). This should provide log files too.
But this looks like an issue with your system, when even Blender versions before 2.8 (which raised the minimum requirements for GPUs) don't work, we cannot fix that unfortunately.
