Cycles Sampling Presets changes are being completely ignore. #91990

Short description of error
Cycles Sampling Viewport Presets does not update the viewport render

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Use default cube scene.
  2. Switch the render engine to Cycles
  3. Go to Sampling->Viewport.
  4. Select and apply viewport preset "Final".
  5. Notice "Max Samples" change from 1024 to 4096.
  6. The change is not immediate have to move mouse outside the preset window to apply. This also could be consider a minor bug.
  7. Now switch the "Viewport Shading" mode from "Solid" to "Render".
  8. On the top left check the rendering "Samples" it shows samples/1024 instead samples/4096.
  9. Type in manually a "Max Samples" of 4032.
  10. Now the render samples are correct samples/4032.

It is ignoring the preset changes it also happens when applying presets in "Viewport Shading" Render (preview render) mode. It happens with the Sampling->Render presets and others.

I had a quick look at this and it seems that the value is only updated if you enter and leave the samples box. It seems like at bug in how the values are updated.

I founded that if you click in the editor window after selecting the preset it works so it's something about the registering that the values have been updated.
