This same error message has already been reported in #92743 (Render border outside view OptiX denoising crash) and #92015 (Renders don't work, and viewport bug)
In both reports it seems that the problem has already been resolved but without a specific commit.
Could this be a driver issue?
Make sure the drivers are drivers are up to date.
To upgrade to the latest driver, see here for more information: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html

I also noticed that this report does not contain steps to replicate the problem.
Does this happen with any file (eg the default Cube)?
