Short description of error
[(Material, Node Editor) Using the Random output of Object Info, connected to ColorRamp with multiple colors set to constant interpolation. The object does not change color when duplicated. The object does not have to colors given through the ColorRamp. Color are not random. Only the "0" value is shown.
(The issue does not happen on Windows nor osX)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Create Object, assign material (default), duplicate object, go to Material Node Editor:
Add: Object Info (random) -> ColorRamp (set to constant + add multiple colors to ramp) -> Principled BSDF (Base Color) -> Material Output]

Assume this is an Intel+Mesa issue.

Note that this GPU isn't supported. Please see https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/ for minimum hardware requirements.
As we are planning to bump OpenGL 3.3 -> 4.3 for eevee2 I wouldn't spend time on this issue.

Yep, sorry I didnt notice in the first place, GPU is Sandy Bridge, while minimum requirement is Haswell.

Thanks for the report. This GPU is below the minimum requirements for Blender, so there is no longer support for it. https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
Installing the latest graphics driver sometimes helps to make such GPUs work, see here for more information. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html
If that doesn't help, you can use https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/
