Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 965M/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 511.65

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.0.1, branch: master, commit date: 2022-01-25 17:19, hash: dc2d180181
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
translation bug.png
as the screenshot shows, some menu items are showed as English when switching to Traditional Chinese language.
I've checked the po file and these words are already translated, but some how not showed correctly.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open Blender
  2. Open Edit-> Preference
  3. Under Interface tab, switch ui language to Traditional Chinese and see the menu items.

I've checked the po file and these words are already translated

All these items are translated correctly in many other languages, like Simplified Chinese, so I would assume the problem is in the translation files.

If we use one example from your capture: "Undo History"

In the Spanish Po file that is in there twice:

msgctxt "Operator"
msgid "Undo History"
msgstr "Historial de acciones"
...
msgid "Undo History"
msgstr "Historial de deshacer"

In Simplified Chinese we see something similar:

msgctxt "Operator"
msgid "Undo History"
msgstr "重做历史"
...
msgid "Undo History"
msgstr "重做历史"

But in the Traditional Chinese Po file I see it only once:

msgctxt "Operator"
msgid "Undo History"
msgstr "取消歷史動作"

We (traditional Chinese translators) are using Weblate to translate, so please help confirm the fuzzy terms first.
If fuzzy terms are not confirmed, they are not going to be displayed in the UI.

The string "Preferences..." ( https://weblate.slat.org/translate/blender/blender/zh_Hant/?checksum=b6c04b12942639d6 ) was fuzzy while you report it.
And I just confirm it now. You can see the "History" pane on Weblate to see how I do it.

I will update the po file from time to time.

Ok! Understood, I'll discuss with you further there in Weblate.
