I downloaded "benchmark-launcher-3.0.0-windows.zip" from "https://www.blender.org/download/releases/3-1/"
Then immediately ran "benchmark-launcher.exe".
It's splash window appeared, so I clicked "Next", then the program immediately displayed "(Not Responding)" as follows . . .
Minutes later I closed the window with no apparent output/display from the Benchmark.
I guess there is something wrong here ?

Thanks for the report. Sergey, is there anything that we can do to investigate this issue further?
Something similar has been reported by @pablovazquez as well.
Need to know system information (windows version, GPU, usual things like that).
Could worth checking log file at
%LOCALAPPDATA%\blender-benchmark-launcher\benchmark-launcher.log
maybe there are any hints there. And check internet connection., antivirus, firewall, since that is when the launcher makes first request to the opendata server to fetch metadata of benchmarks.
Hi Sergy,
I've included snaps of the empty launcher log file and blender "about" window.
System Info of the relevant PC , and GPU specs.
Note that the GPU is a (NVIDIA) Leadtek Quadro RTX A2000 12GB, and Display Resolution is 3840 x 1600 x 59 hertz
The Blender Benchmark Launcher may not have been run with that GPU before.
Blender 3.1.0 runs (exceptionally) well with that GPU.
The internet connection is working fine. The connection does not pass through any client side servers or firewalls.
Kind Regards,
David Butterworth

@Frappe can you check if this happens with new benchmark?

Still occurs on benchmark-launcher-3.1.0-windows, system with dual Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 cards.
My log file is also empty.
Hi Rx, unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the issue at this time. I would suggest trying to run CLI version to see if there any further hint being provided.
