Drag and drop feature is not working, even on standard formats like .jpg .png .mp4
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
images or videos won't appear on timeline or in scene when you try to drag it from desktop or from system file manager

Cant repro on steam in linux.

checked, drag and drop working on version from website, problem occurs only in steam version

Drag & drop doesn't work for me when I run Blender as administrator.
It's still possible to drag and drop files from
file browser
