Short description of error
Some weird artfacts appeared for me while trying to render in cycles using a HIP GPU
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The artfacting gets worse depending on the scene
I'm using the 22.3.1 drivers for my AMD card, they aren't the lastest optional, but they are the lastest stable one.

Looks fine for me again on latest master.
