Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located inC:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt
(or simply type%TEMP%
into the path bar of the Windows Explorer). Please create future bug reports through Help > Report a Bug in Blender. We expect all bug reports to follow the submission template .

.Render animation always crash when I use RTX Cards!! Why?to Render animation always crash when I use RTX CardsHere is the file{F13095325}
@smereces Does this crash only happen in a specific project or in general? If you can, please provide the step by step instruction that result in the crash.
Robert,
This happens in all the projects! It just do + - 12 frames and crash the step by step is just hit render animation and waiting that it crashes because always crash using the rtx card, but like i said if i choose to render with my gtx card doesn´t crash!! but the render time by frame as you imagine is 1/4 more! is frustrating can´t use the rtx one to render animations :(

Does disabling GPU Subdivision in Preferences > Viewport > Subdivision resolves the issue?
And can you try the latest build and see if the issue is reproducible there? https://builder.blender.org/
Hi I did the test render it with disabling GPU Subdivision as recommended and after a few frames also crash! and In the last Build also happens! the same problem in RTX Card in the GTX one all goes well!
Changed status from 'Needs User Info' to: 'Needs Triage'
It seems related only with RTX Cards, something in blender that lead it to crash during animation render frames! :(

@smereces I see very large amount of addons in
blender_system_info.txt
I would guess problem could be in one of them.Download latest alpha build from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/, run file
blender_factory_startup.cmd
and check if crash happens. If crash still happens, upload file
wc3_cam2_tuto2.blend
? Seems like this would be reproducible if we had access to file. That is really really strange because why if I render with the gtx card all works fine without crashing during the render frames in the same blender with the same addons but if i choose the rtx card the problem happens!!?
Not sure. According to trace, crash happens when drawing UI. It's possible that disabling addons would make no difference, but I need that information from you. Ultimately I want to find cause so this can be fixed. If I had this problem this would be a thing that I would check.
