hdri file for environmental texture cannot be read, wiht error message of "no such file or directory, tried in different format .hdr, .exr, .jpg, wiht the same result of failing, tried to re download blender but it doesnt work,
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
builing model as usual, click Shading tab> world> add environmental texture node> upload a .hdr file

I cannot reproduce this issue. Loading a texture file with the Environment Texture node works without issues. Could you please provide more detailed step by step instructions, add a screenshot of the error and a minimal example project with your node setup?

Perhaps those files have different read permissions in a way that Blender can't read them, can you check that?
Does loading the textures using absolute paths work?
Is this only for environment textures or does it also not work when opening the image in the image editor?
