Short description of error
With the Modifier Tools add-on, this window doesn't show up on grease pencil objects. When I assign a shortcut to one of these functions and press it with a GP object selected, it also doesn't work. So it seems that it just... doesn't work at all for GP objects.
This might or might not be expected behavior, but it would be really helpful and nothing is written about it in the 'known limitations' in the manual.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender, general workspace, enable modifier tools add-on, add GP object, add a modifier. The menu doesn't show up. (also after reboot)

This is not strictly a bug, but I will confirm since it is expected by users, so either it should support GP or state otherwise in the documentation.
