Can't reproduce this issue on
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 511.65

Please make sure your GPU is not overclocked. If it is, this can lead to issues like this one.

Thank you very much for responding so quickly.

My computer is a standard HP Omen, it is not overclocked

The card is an RTX 2060 512.96 Controller

I attach information about the system and the card in case it can be of help.

Note:
I apologize if my English is not very good. :-)

Thanks for info. Can you check if this happens with alpha build from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/?

Closest HW we have available is RTX 2070, @Blendify can you reproduce?

Thanks Richard,
To you and the team for the effort

I'm going to try to disable the McAfee -anti virus in case it could influence.

I am going to change the controller, now it is in NVIDIA Studio version 512.96 for the Game

I can do another suicide test I'll try to upgrade the computer to Windows 11 (I have to think about it hahahaha)

Hi, thanks for the report. I've not been able to replicate this. Are you still experiencing crash?
Does this happen when you start blender from blender_factory_startup? (located in same directory where blender executable is present)
If your system has crashed then minidump file might have generated too. Could you upload that file after crash? location: C:\Windows\minidump
render output:
optix-1-10.mkv
CUDA-1-10.mkv

Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.22000-SP0 64 Bits

Hi Patrick

First of all, thank you very much for the interest and effort of the team.

Checking my card I have seen that it is an HP Rtx 2060 4 GB. Asking a freaki friend about the HP card (disassembling and passing a test), he commented that they are cards assembled by HP.
When passing the test, he saw that it heats up excessively since it only has one fan and it is possible that it fails.

Yesterday I replaced the card with an MSI 3060 12 GB and Blender works perfectly.

The failure may be due to HP's proprietary architecture or heat.

Thank you so much Patrick!!!!

Hi, thanks for the update. Hard to tell the exact reason of crash without having access to similar setup.

Yesterday I replaced the card with an MSI 3060 12 GB and Blender works perfectly.

Can we close this task if crash is not replicable in your modified system?

yes, it can be closed, with the new card there is no error.
