Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Part of my hair's dynamics failed. What's the reason? Hair_Test.blend

I can see you have custom hair weights, which controls the amount of movement in hair dynamics, could it just be that the hair with low weights are the only ones moving?
Probably caused by #62993.
How to solve this problem?
Custom hair weight Settings are fully dynamic, hair dynamics is still a problem .
Hair will always have some dynamic failure.

I don't think there is a solution right now. The hair system is at the end of life and will likely not receive updates for the moment. I merge to a similar task that is marked as a known issue.
