Short description of error
3.2 I downloaded from RWTH Aachen mirror.
Warning 1909.
It happend Twice Today once in Windos 10 AMD Prozessor, and Now in Windows 11 Intel Processor
It gives the error you can see on the attached File.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

@mano-wii i can't locally repro, could you get the log file created by
msiexec /l*blender.log /i blender-3.2.0-windows-x64.msiyou may have to uninstall before making the log though.

Even after uninstalling and testing several things with the generated Shortcut
Blender.lnk, I can't repro the problem anymore.Maybe it's related to previous Blender installations?
The problem seems to only happen the first time Blender is installed.

Just thought I'd chime in, I'm having the same problem, I get Warning 1909 when installing Blender 3.2. Also, every time I try to open it, it opens up my K-Cycles instead. Going to uninstall everything and try again.
I removed the other blender but still got the same error when I tried reinstalling it. However, I can open the program now.

All my three Windows 10 PC's showed the same error message during installation.

Thanks for logs. It's not entirely sure what is exact cause, but gives me idea how to reproduce.
it appears to be giving the error if there's already a blender shortcut on the desktop, we should probably include the version in the shortcut anyhow given one could install 3.1 and 3.2 side by side.

I do not understand why I am being told my issues is a duplicate. Even after following the link I am no wiser. I mention that I have a big issue with my Pose Library being greyed out but I do not see any reference
to that in the link given.

Same here while installing 3.3.1. No pre existing blender shortcut on the desktop. But I have 2.93, 3.0, 3.1 still installed.
Is there anything I could do/test to help solving the issue?
Edit: Seems to run fine. But I am not pushing it. Feel uneasy about the install though.
