Full of bugs, especially the collision #99065

I am really angry with Blender (even if it is famous), I will discuss one of many bugs.
I made a collision object, and finally, it works, when it failed in many object properties by taking one face of collision instead of the object itself, (I put the settings as box, mesh...) it failed.
After the collision succeeded, I ran the play, then the render (the render few frames to test the collision, and it worked well).
So after that, I run a full rendering process, and the collision did not happen again. So why? I am sure 100% that I did not change any settings or values or touch other than, re-made the rendering a second time. and from the start position.
Also, I notice that when running the process from not the start frame and let's say before or after the collision frame key. Nothing happens too. So the calculation of animation should start from the beginning. The software doesn't have a calculation process from the beginning (in memory-CPU in the background I mean) to get the frame result as it should be. and without missing the collision.
Even that my case as I described above, I started from frame one, in the second process the collision failed (Table and cloth)

Hello Richard, I hope everything is well.
From today and up, I will organize my project versions (I create a version each time I get something strange, and before saving I decide)
So since now, it is not the case, I delete the requested old version, but I think I can rebuild one. About the cloth touch the table at the top face and penetrate inside to reach the lower face.
If you need it I can do that. But for now, I stepped on this problem and it is solved in a way.

Dear, sorry I deleted the files giving errors or problems. Later since it may require or need. I will keep them.
The table thickness if it is upward or downward, it gives such a problem.
