Open Blender 3.1.2
Add a mesh which a material may be added onto and select the mesh
Open Shader Editor
Create a new material
Select the Principled BSDF which appears and press CTRL + SHIFT + T

I am unable to reproduce the issue here. Can you verify that the Node Wrangler addon is actually enabled? Do any other key combinations work?

The Node Wrangler Add on Is enebled.

All the other hot keys are working. I use CTRL + T often and it has always worked.

Can you check the following:

Execute File -> Defaults -> Load Factory Settings
Then Enable only the node wrangler addon
Does the key combination work at this point?

I just tried that and it still doesn't work.

However, CTRL + T does work.

Can you check if the keymap existing in the preferences?
Can you open the Blender console and see if there are any error messages when you press the shortcut? Window > Toggle System Console.

Hey Omar Emara, the keymap is enabled in the preferences. Also nothing new appears in the CMD Console when I initiate the hotkey.

Thanks for the file. What exactly is the issue you're experiencing?

file browser is not opening after pressing keys? This is likely to happen due to key conflicts
or you're having issues in texture setup (after selecting textures)?

The problem is CTRL + SHIFT +T hotkey doesn't work when all the keys are pressed using a default Principled BSDF node.

@PratikPB2123 I can't attach multiple textures simultaneously by initiating the hotkey "CTRL + SHIFT +T". All the other other hot keys work just as they should.
