Short description of error
When adding additional surfaces I get an error and new surface is not created.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I've added 1st place and started to retopo my mesh.
After a part of the mesh is done I drew new lines and clicked "add surface" button.
I got an error message and new plane wasn't added. . There was object added to the scene collection.
I've tried removing the previous annotations but this didn't help, the problem persists.

I can't reproduce the error. Can you prepare a simple file where we just have to click Add Surface to reproduce the error?
