Short description of error
If a curve has straight (180°) points in between corners (!=180°), the straight points will snap to the previous corners if Limit Radius is enabled
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a Curve→Rectangle
Set curve to 3D (so that it has no fill)
Add a GN modifier
Add a subdivide curve node
Add a fillet curve node
Check Limit Radius on the fillet node

I can confirm this behaviour.
This issue is reproduced even in 3.1.
But it seems to me that I saw a similar report, but this is not accurate.
It actually goes back to at least 3.0.1, and I guess it has always been this way just that no one notices, because it isn't used too often (at least I don't)

Can't reproduce it, maybe it has been fixed by the recent rewrite of the Fillet node. Can you try again?
Yes, seems to be fixed since the port to the new data-block. Can be marked as such
