Fix typo

I did that, rebuilt the page and still am getting the same error. sphinx_rtd_theme is already installed and python is in the path.

It is possible to select strokes outside of edit mode, for example in sculpt mode. See https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/grease_pencil/modes/sculpting/introduction.html#sculpting-options for the selection masking options.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy, we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.

I can’t seem to find a description as to what editing those values is supposed to do. So I would call this a lack of documentation issue. I’ll take a look at the code in the next few days to figure it out and add it to the manual.

Did you follow the steps on https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/about/contribute/install/windows.html#setting-up-the-build-environment ? You either didn't or something was installed wrong.

Can confirm, however in the recent versions of the manual (E.G. 2.91 and 2.92), the page is https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/modeling/meshes/tools/extrude_cursor.html

We now use the Documentation project sub-pages for planning.

I tested on windows just to make sure everything works and I don't have any issues, so I am guessing something is just installed wrong.
