It seems the buildbot didn't updated. I've downloaded a new build and it's still the same :( .
The problems with those tools is that, they don't behave like " standard " DCC apps. So :
- When I'm in move tool mode I should be able to box select and deselect everything, keeping the move Tool On.
- The same is in rotate and scale mode .

i want to ask what id the real difference bewteen these two?, wouldn't be ideal to replace the Transform tools with the pop-over ones ,so they can be used with the industry hotkeys and work with other Active Tools epsecially selection tools and i beleive it will even bring 2.79 functioanlity to be easily toggleable....and the pop-over can remain for the other options.

The thing is that. I'm trying to bake a texture from one model to the other. And in Blender 2.79 works flawlessly after you implemented the uv ngon code .
But when I try to do that in 2.8 the bake it's broken by the tessellation errors .

The thing is that coming from other packages we're used to just select faces, then press unwrap and bam. All good . This happens in 2.8 too so maybe If we fix this here then, it will be fixed in 2.8 too .

Cant redo this.
The de-select action is skipped. but the boolean is undone as expected.
From what I can tell the only bug is that changing the boolean target object is not causing an undo step.

Not sure what you mean exactly, what do you get as result and what do you expect?
Please follow our submission template and guidelines, also read these tips about bug reports, and make a complete, valid bug report, with required info, precise description of the issue (only ONE issue per report!), precise steps to reproduce it, small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.

I've tested this on Blender from Steam (2.79b) and I don't get any crash .
The Problem with this issue is that there are no precise steps to reproduce it . Sometimes it crashes after doing basic scale and translate then try to undo, and other times it crashes after I do lots of operations . That's why I've attached the error.txt to see what steps i've done until it crashed . And for .blend files, I get crashes after I edit the basic cube, but I think I've isolated one of my own .
