I would be against using Wyrm, it would be a more complicated approach and does not give any different/better results.

It sounds like we do not necessarily need longer tooltips but they need to be smarter.

Better not edit this. It requires editing the https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/blend-doc/trunk/ repo.
I tested the patch and it works ok... While it solves one of the issues noted here: https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.8/UI/Workshop_Writeup#Areas
It is a bit awkward to use, I think part of the reason is there is no support for merging an area in two areas like in the image below:
This is meaningless warning but if you want to make it stop showing up, change the sample rate in the user preferences https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/preferences/system.html#sound-options to 48000Hz

I think this would work well as a user preference option (falloff control)
I like the triangle version.

The links do not work. I am getting links like https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/2.78/it/index.html I guess because we do not have the version numbers on the server yet?

I am questionable on this, is this not the reason we have the online menu link in the right click menu?

Please follow our submission template and guidelines and make a complete, valid bug report,
with required info, precise description of the issue, precise steps to reproduce it,
small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.
I agree with Jason.

Should the OCIO configuration be a user preference or a file setting? Perhaps the default file setting could be a user preference, but it still seems to make sense to have it per file, so that you can have multiple projects with different OCIO configurations, and not have to switch the user preferences to edit them correctly.

Small quick notes,

I agree that we should do something like pydoc. I think we make version picker badge like rtd
which include two separate dropdown/up menus that also have search functionality (at least for language)
Here is a quick mockup:
This was fixed after 2.78 and not backported for a,b, or c you can either grab daily build or just wait for 2.79.

Thanks for noticing the comment. The reason for this was the UI for the Multicam used .active for the currently selected button.
However, being able to keep pressing the current button is a little strange, thus I changed it to .enabled.
I agree with @LazyDodo (LazyDodo) the dpi should return the previous setting when toggling use system dpi on and off.

Looks good but is not a "fix" for the task yet
